Cowboy is a young yellow male lab, born in Feb., 2006. His parents are Faith, who is on-site, and Baxter, who is standing at stud
at Stillwater Labrador Retrievers.
Cowboy is being trained by Mike McGilvary, and has been started on whistle, voice and hand
signals, retrieves and swimming, as well as basic obedience. He has been started under gun and will be hunting in the field this fall
season.
Started dogs are a "work-in-progress". To help the new owner finish their hunting companion, we offer a customized video or
dvd as an introduction. The dvd will show you the techniques used and progress your "started" dog has made, and will help you continue
with his training.
Cowboy's parents Faith and Baxter, will be expecting another litter in the fall, 2007.
